About Me

I’m a second-year graduate student in Linguistics at McGill University. My research focuses on syntax and morphology with interests in fieldwork and language revitalization support. My empirical focus is Bantu (Kirundi) and Iroquoian (Mohawk). I like long words with lots and lots of morphemes.

I currently work under the supervision of Jessica Coon and Junko Shimoyama. I’m a member of the Montreal Underdocumented Languages Linguistics Lab and the McGill Syntax-Semantics Group.

Outside of research, I’m the president of the Graduate Linguistics Association of McGill and an avid fan of crossword puzzles, speculative fiction (see my Goodreads below!), and karaoke.
